Dear Friends:
This year will be my 8th year riding the 165 miles (and 42 bridges) from University of Miami to Key West on my bicycle. In the past several years, you and so many of my friends, family, and associates have been generous to sponsor me on The Smart Ride 20; it will be November 17 and 18, 2023.
Each of the 500 riders is required to raise at least $1250 to qualify to ride and each year we raise well over $1MM for HIV and AIDS services supporting young families, young people and the elderly: services include providing medical care, transportation, housing, free testing, medication and much more.
I hope I can count on your sponsorship this year. We just learned that this is the LAST SMART RIDE! Still, same as always, 100% of all the funds raised go directly to the benefitting charities.
